Returns Policy

 Customer satisfaction matters to us.

We are happy to refund or replace an item if it is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault. Please contact us first on swatco4@gmail.com and we will advise on process to follow.

  • Items need to be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange

  • Items must be returned in new condition in original packaging

  • If your item was broken or damaged in transit please attach a photo of proof

  • Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility

  • If an item is exchanged you will not be billed for the additional outgoing shipping charge

Refunds

Returned items not exchanged for another item will be credited back to your credit card.  Credits will be applied immediately.  Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
