Emoyeni Products reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability.
At no time will Emoyeni Products or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the content and other information obtained therein.

Governing Law.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws New Zealand.

Order Process
The customer may order products from Emoyeni Products by completing and submitting the checkout process on Emoyeni Product’s website. The customer must provide all required information (including name, email address, and payment details) or the seller may not be able to process the buyers order.

Shipping
There is no minimum purchase for online orders.

Shipping costs range from $9.00 tracked to $12.00 tracked. Please see Delivery Information for details and exact pricing options. We try to process orders on the day they are received but at busy times of the year it may take longer.  You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Delivery

The customer may specify delivery instructions for an order (for example, the buyer may authorise the delivery agent to leave the products in a specified location if the buyer will not be at the delivery address). The seller will not be responsible for any order that is delivered in accordance with the customer’s delivery instructions.

Availability and Cancellation
All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, Emoyeni Products will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website. Emoyeni Products may revise the range of products or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to the customer.

Cancellation of Orders
Where products are listed on Emoyeni Product’s website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Emoyeni Products reserves the right to cancel the customers order (regardless of whether the customer has made payment for that order). Where the customer has already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by Emoyeni Products, a refund will be made for the amount paid by the customer in relation to that order.

Changes to these Conditions of Use
Emoyeni Products reserves the right to change these Conditions of Use from time to time by publishing the changed terms on this website. When revised Conditions of Use are published on this website, all orders submitted by a customer after the revised Conditions of Use are published shall be subject to the revised Conditions of Use.

Severability
If any provision of these Conditions of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall, to the maximum extent possible, remain in full force and effect.
